Poor response to delay in delivery. Very prompt responses while placing the order, and now when we wanted to know about the delivery date, the concerned person was not even picking up the call. Surely after Diwali it was recieved.. but I wished the delivery was tracked and pushed to be timely by the D'Dass team as promised.

This is not a review of the product but of my experience of the website .I have been struggling with their website as none of the discount codes were working and trying to get any answer from chat person was not as easy as I thought. It took them more than 5 days and my repeat email to have them answer to my email. It was a simple question - regarding a smaller size of the same product. Now today all I needed was a number to call and not a 1800 number as I am calling from Australia and unable to do that. But they dont have it. Its these small things that can make a difference. I hope they are able to make note of these and improve their service and website experience.
I ordered a Sheesham Wood Puja Mandir for Ganesh Pujan model an received the product without any problems. I would like to callout that my overall experience with the company was very good and genuine. In fact, I placed the order and realised that I forgot using the coupon, when I called the company and told them about it they refunded my coupon money immediately. The order was shipped in 8 business days as mentioned on their website with good packing. I opened the product and it was exactly as shown in pics on their website. FedEx their courier partner was extremely slow in delivering and delivery was delayed by 3-4 days. I suggest since you guys provide good service and genuine products, ensure your delivery partner also does the same so that you will have fewer complaints. Irrespective, I'm very happy with my purchase and I got my money's worth. There is no product online for home mandir that can match the price and quality.
The packing was quite good and have received it without any damage.The clock has fitted well on the wall and looks very elegant and contemporary.... Design is as shown in the picture.. Everyone in my family liked it. The clock design is extremely beautiful. The product is as described and it meets all the expectations. Silent as 'second hand' is not there.
We bought Brass clock from them and they delivered it on time with best quality. Firstly, we were little bit confused about them but they have very cooperative and soft spoken people in team.
