This is in continuation to the earlier review i had posted in 2017. I could again see a huge amount of negative reviews that Brosbel is getting. When i first contacted Brosbel in early 2017, their overall review was 3.8 which has drastically gone down to 2.7 as on today. That would be enough to guage the quality of service. To prove that nothing had changed in Brosbel over the last year and a half, I can cite a recent experience when i requested for an invoice soft copy. They simply passed on the responsibility to others and never got back to us. I would have been happier if they had said NO outright. But that's not how things work in Brosbel. What is even more shocking is the kind of justification they give to each of the negative reviews being posted here. Rather than trying to mend ways, they rather look to justify themselves in the most strangest of ways. That shows the audacity of the entire team. Giving one star because there is not an option to mark 0 here.

We took Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for our company for Cassette AC and Centralized AC with Good price and the service are very good from them..... We will refer them for all our friends and relatives also. Very happy with the service .

If you want an item to be delivered in Jan-2018, you better place the order in Jan-2017. That's the pace at which things happen at Brosbel. Washing your hands off is an art and these people have mastered that art. Better pull up your socks to remain relevant.

Extremely poor in terms of service, team attitude. They will delay work, just care about getting money, harass you and so on. Our job of a week (as per promise) took more than 1 month

Worst Company Ever i saw. They took advance Before 2.5 years still have not delivered 2 units of my A/C. Whenever i call they Tell me all Non-sense Stories. Please dont take any Products or Services from this company for your own safety.

Terrible experience with this company. First of all the sales, they promised delivery on a particular date, but the delivery is delayed for unforeseen reasons, by a couple of days. This happens so acceptable. Installation, they promise to install on a particular day, and make you wait the entire day only to tell you at night that they will not be able to do the installation on that day. They come the next day and 2 amateurs start installation, and one genius tries to open the AC front panel with a screw driver and causes 2 dents on it. Upon complaining and expecting a return, the installation supervisor asks me to adjust cause its not a big issue. Finally I stand my ground and return it. Its been a month now and I am yet to receive my AC unit. I am at their mercy, because I have made full payment for the AC and they do not seem to care to follow up and communicate. I have called them a million times for status and the story is the same. Sir, some problem.. I will get back to you in half hour [Never calls back].. Our Boss is in a meeting [always]... Very DISAPPOINTED.

The purchase on the a.c. was excellent and also we took amc service for existing ac is excellent .I also recommend to few friends even their happy with the service . People can trust and take their service
