Very bad quality of work and not even bothered to repair and stop responding phone calls

They are cheaters dinning table seat cover r torn n cheaster has faulty design stuff is nt good. Be very careful dont pay them beforehand n check the item before u take home because once it reaches ur home they will not recognise u.
I bought a Sofa from B.S Furniture. When we visited shop, they claimed a hassle free delivery and after sales services. they even claimed to return the sofa after 1-2 months use as they can easily sell it to someone else and get a new one prepared for you. However, just after delivery of my Sofa, I realized that it has a faulty design. They haven't delivered it in the way I wanted. I called Mr. Gopal multiple times and he agreed that he will get the sofa picked up and get it repaired. It has been 1 month but no response. Today I called him again and Mr. Gopal asked me to cut the phone as he is having a headache and he may abuse me if I keep arguing about my complaint. He said that it is not their responsibility to get the sofa repaired. Also, he said that you should have checked the sofa at the time of purchase. When I said that I don't want your sofa, return it. He said you have been using the sofa since last 1 month, it can't be replaced now. To all those who ever visit B.S. Furniture Noida, I humby request not to purchase from there. As they will talk very sweetly before you buy it and will argue with you once the sofa is delivered. Please please please do not buy from them, they have the worst after sales service.
Cheaters. Promise something, delivers something else. Never sticks to their promise
