this is a old network of bsnl still works .bsnl means lots of disturbance in internet ya ,it's true that bsnl service is now became good but only calling service i think because most of the time bsnl is not connecting to internet 3g network is shown but not get connected and you have to call customer care executive so many time and wait for 24 hrs or more and thenyour problem is resolved
