I wish I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating. Bykemania doesn't deserve a single star for the kind of bike they gave us. I had booked a Dominar 400 in advance for a long ride, 1000km for 6 days. To begin with, the bike was in a HORRIBLE condition. It looked like the bike was NEVER SERVICED EVER! The bike had a broken frame, the chain was so loose that it kept making a big noise, reducing the power of the bike by 50%. The fork had a bend and the handle was shaking. The bike was extremely dirty and when I asked for clean up, the staff said that that's not their duty. The staff was rude and we're behaving as though they were doing us a favor. I had to get the chain tightened outside as the staff refused to do so. We paid 10,000 rupees for this hire, I wouldn't have taken this bike for FREE if I was planning on a long ride purely for safety reasons. The bikes shock absorbers were NON EXISTANT. It kept going off on the slopes when accelerated a bit more and also kept going off on the highway at will when overtaking bigger vehicles. This bike should be directly sent to scrap. If you care about safety and life, do not hire bikes from Bykemania. Star rating -5 for bike condition. This bike should NOT be given for hire. I wouldn't recommend Bykemania even to buy milk from the neighborhood shop, forget taking the bikes on a trip.we should be paid for taking this bike keeping our life on the line. Bykemania owners please look in to this, isn't safety of your customers the utmost priority? I'm never taking any bike from Bykemania ever again! PS: I have taken several bikes on rent including a Triumph Bonneville T100, BMW GS, Interceptor, engfiled 500 from other vedors and have not faced any major problems.

Booked a royal Enfield Himalayan bike for a trip. Had called the previous day itself to check if the bike is available, they confirmed that the bike is available and asked us to come by 9 for pickup. We went there a little early than 9 but the shop/garage/office opened only by 10. And worst part was, there was no Himalayan bike also. First of all wasted our time by waiting there, secondly the bike that we booked also wasn't available. Please be careful when any of you book a bike at this place. It was our bad we didn't read the reviews before booking the bike. Please if you have read this, act accordingly

I m giving 2 star only for bike condition, bike was good, i order R15 v3 a day before, then, when my ride start they told me that R15 is not available, then they gave me MT15, but i riding time was 7.o clock, they delivered the bike at 9 pm. Service was not good, but bike is good..

I booked royal Enfield Himalayan for 26th january from 10am to 8 pm. When I went to collect the bike, staff is telling bike is not available. They told, it is because of some server issue bykmania server is allowing to book vehicles which are not available. I don't know whether it is true or not, because I booked this vehicle 4 days back and planned for ride. Thanks to Bykmania for spoiling my day. Even though they refunded the amount as credit points, I am thinking what would happen if I had planned for a long ride with their bike!! I never want to go back to them.

As they mentioned cheap but they will give complaint vehicle.Worst experience ever. Our entire trip was a disaster because of thier poorly serviced vehicle.they given us complaint vehicle and later on asking the refund and all.they will argue and wont give complete amount.we took duke 200 and that bike already having some issues with gear and air filter was not maintained,battery was complaint draining too fast.and bike was not service at all.we lost our entire trip because of thier fault. If I could I will give negative rating.
