Worst management team, this office should need to modify their management team to improve. There are lot's of chances to improve but just because of few employees who are holding higher post but not capable of their designation in respect of technical as well manageable skills. They are basically disrespectful towards their employee. Leave benefit or policy is not equal for all employees, it's just a eye wash policy. All time all benefit goes to supervisor's choice. They don't know to give the value of good employees.
