I had a horrible experience! The place was extremely unhygenic, the doctor was not available and my pet cat was due vaccination from a long time which I couldn't get earlier due to COVID. So I let the assistant/nurse vaccinate my pet and she couldn't even inject the dose in one go and it was more of a torture for my cat. After more trials, me and my father holding my cat firmly, she injected one and half shot and then started complaining about my cat moving. I asked her to wait for few minutes and let the cat breathe, and my cat then started throwing up multiple times, and was so sick. I immediately left the place, paid her whatever she asked for and got home. I am pretty sure the dosage was wrong and the way it was handled was definitely wrong. To my surprise the place was not cleaned even after my cat throwing up, I mean I wiped it off with a newspaper, but then the nurse did not clean it with detergent or sanitize it, and the next pet was up on the table for check-up. The same night I had to rush 30 kms from here to a different vet, as my pet was so sick was puking and was in tears.

Great Doc. I was so deeply disappointed with many pet Doc I've visited before. Either the price is high with less treatment or the service is poor. Now the clinic I visited, the doc he really treated well n my doggy was comfortable while the doc was dressing up the wounds. I am going to take my pet to the same doc for the rest of my pet medical check ups n so on.....
