I went for my Friends birthday. From Delhi to Goa. They send their pickup from the airport to their place. The property is located in South Goa and as its spread faraway you can't get out from it I mean it's difficult to reach back at hotel. We went for walk for the market and when we were returning the road was all dark and quiet but I loved their beach. They have their private beach and only guests uses it. I didn't like the restaurant food firstly the service got delayed up-to an hour only for the pizza and some drinks and the cashier was too slow. The location is super amazing quite and lotus ponds. We had a balcony view of lotus pond which was super refreshing. The beach was clean and so much fun. Room services were good. Loved it to be honest. Also you will see a picture of bonfire actually it was prohibited but I contacted lots of shack and small restaurants nearby one of them agreed to do such thing for us. And the nearby food was so good I loved the goan food. I will suggest don't get stuck only to the hotel restaurant do explore the outdoors and nearby ones they provide the actual taste and reasonable asked well.
Loved the resort. Sophisticated and well planned resort with excellent beach access and dining at beach options. Riverside restaurant is a great place for Italian food lovers with good view of the river. All together a great bouquet of great place with nice people and services.
We had a wonderful honeymoon at the Leela Goa. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered were kind, welcoming and very friendly. Lots of activities and restaurants located within the property. The beach side is clean and safe. All the meals served were perfect. I highly recommended Leela Goa for anyone looking to spend a quite and relaxing time in Goa.
Perfect stay with the best hospitality ever received. Beautifully maintained property lush green lawns, beach area. Rooms were very spacious. The main building is an architectural marvel. Lavish buffet and other restaurants are also good. Superbly Maintained swimming pool and the clean beach area with all the security u need to stay relaxed. Spa was awesome. We stayed in conservatory Premier room and it was pretty good. I would like to thank Laxmi from The Leela Goa. She my guest relation manager. Any problem or query I had she was just a call away. Charming and helpful. Restaurants staff Mr Salman was also very helful and gave the best service possible. The F&B manager was professionally humble and was kind enough to take our feedback on several occasions. On our anniversary we received good care and turn down service in our room. Beautifully decorated cake and a bottle of fruit champagne was provided as we don't consume alcohol. A personalized note was sent by the G.M and V.P Operations of the Leela Goa hotel. The moment u come outside the airport you will receive a warm welcome from the hotel staff. The BMW pickup was also very good. Nicely maintained cars they have. Thanks Mr Martin for the pickup a very soft spoken and humble person. There are many other recreational activities available. It's very difficult to explain my Leela experience in words. U gotta live the experience by staying in this property. See u soon Team Leela Goa.
It was a very wholesome & luxurious experience indeed. We were 10 people (family) with 3 different rooms (including a villa); we also had a 2 month old infant with us. The staff was very courteous and prompt. The villa came with a personal butler, he was efficient and catered to all our needs. We also had access to the club lounge with a separate breakfast, pool and bar - don't miss their happy hours. So do ask for Omkar as your butler if you're going here :) P.S. - THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND THE QUALITY IS CONSISTENT. The food was the highlight of the trip and is sumptuous through and through. There is no competition to the quality produced.
We had a very nice stay.everything was perfect.the room,food, and the ambience all were great.even the staff were very nice.i just cannot forget one incident which made me feel so nice of them.i developed a toothache all of a sudden and my doctor in Bangalore prescribed me a tablet at 9:,30 PM. I wanted it very badly and it was urgent.my daughter conveyed this in the reception.they were so helpful and kind to get me the tablet within an hour.i am really thankful to the management and the staff for this.without that medicine I would have suffered the whole night with pain.once again i thank one and all.thankyou and waiting to visit again.
Amazing place. Beautiful ambiance. Full of greens and natural beauty. Beach is clean, all facilities available. Specious and luxurious room with beautiful view from the balcony. I did all thrilling water sports. Enjoyed a lot. One of the best hotels I have ever visited.
