Hired Central Cargo Relocations for shifting our household things from Maharashtra to Gujarat. Excellent service. The team who came to pack did not waste time and did their work diligently. The driver was also a good and sincere person. Things were shifted smoothly and safely.

They charge a lot of extra money for different services and once money is paid they show their true colours. Most work left pending after shifting, despite being clearly discussed in advance. They stop picking calls also so you cannot do anything. All other companies take 50% payment only as advance so definitely better to use others.

Did relocation from ichalkaranji to jalgaon. Faces damages more than 2 lakh rs. Wardrobe, bed, centre table, wardroben many more items were damaged in shifting. And at they end they compensated only with 30000 rs after 8 months of follow up. Very poor service

Unloading and assembly was extremely poor. I had specially paid a huge amount for assembly of my almirah and beds, all had been clearly mentioned to them. They charged me seperately for handyman. However they did not call any carpenter and tried to get the unloading person to do the job. He tried his best but did not have skill or tools. Finally I had to call someone myself and pay them additionally. So 6-7000 extra was taken with ZERO service plus wasted 3-4 hours in trying to follow up. Do not take any deal from Rekha or Namrata. They did not pick my calls, customer care did not pick my calls. All money is taken upfront. To give credit where due, packing and loading was very well and professionally done. They have a good team but do not use them.

What a smooth relocation experience ! from start till the end !! I seriously had doubts if a company would do such a smooth and clear relocation. Have always had preconceived notion of big promises but mediocre services by agencies. But to our pleasant surprise, the notion was changed for good - India can also have good services, clear approach and deliver as said. Keep it up Central Cargo

My House Shifting was done by Central Cargo Relocations Pvt ltd. I must say awesome and mind blowing service. I had twins of 3 months old and was very worried about the entire shifting process but this team I must say have surpassed all my expectations and I was tension free. My entire shifting of house completed just in a period of 6.5 hours and the entire material was set in the new house. Kudos to the team which is not only efficient, hardworking but also polite to handle any situations. It really means to say Service is their Success!!! Thank you team
