Best PFT centre for Indian Navy .. You only have to clear running there in alloted time and for push-ups and squats, if you are unable to clear them then they will give you an another chance to clear because they don't let you out in squats and push-ups. Instructors there are very cooperative and help candidates in every aspect. They also motivates candidates while running.
