This was the very first hearing aid clinic of the city beautiful ...... Had first visited them in 1988 to acquire an Arphi pocket hearing aid for my 3 years old son ..... Visited them today after 32 years regarding some issues in his Resound Linx Quattro. Their service & counselling today was as trustable as it used to be 32 years before.....My best wishes to them.

Highly professional & customer centric people. I would give them 100% in customer service satisfaction. I am glad I visited Indian audio centre & not any other place for my father's treatment.If any business wants to learn what customer satisfaction is then they should learn it from Indian audio centre Chandigarh. The only problem is its in 3rd floor and old people have problems going there in the absence of lift.
