The staff needs to be trained on how to be accountable to a particular customer, whom to serve first, stick to their commitments and be humble enough to accept the faults at their end. While the store succeeds in providing good quality frames, what they fail at is their 'not so caring' /lenient attitude in providing after services. Getting a customer is one thing but retaining one is other. Hence, a suggestion to the store is to train the staff in addressing customer grievances in a humble way and accepting their faults over and above everything.

I have been buying for all my eye care needs from them for the past two years. Excellent service always - they are always available on call, expedite prescription lenses in case of urgent needs, have a great selection of frames and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend them!!

Worst products. Glasses are not scratch resistant even after taking 3000 rupees for it. They start to catch up scratch within 15 days and also catch dirt. Frame quality is also not upto mark. I would recommend lenskart as they have far more superior frames and glasses.
