I cant believe this if they are not interested to help for what they have opened it up. Im calling since morning till 6pm for a dog rescue and the phone either is busy and most of the time nobody picks the call I wait till the whole ring goes. I even fought with the dog owner and their reaction is what u can do just carry on doing...for obvious becoz they know that there wont be any help to that helpless dog. Im here new in south india city chennai being 1 of the metropolitan are just in name.
