Its a review written after one and half months (45 days) of my continuous workouts in Brigade Gym. Mr.Peter, my trainer introduced me to the gym. Wonderful place with all gym equipments, regularly serviced and frequently disinfected. Blissful experience during workouts. With trainer Peter's help, regular workouts and strict diet adviced by him, I got rid of 8 kgs of weight and started to build up muscles. Thanks a lot to him and the gym. I personally recommend Brigade to my friends and others. It is economic and goes good with yearly packages.

Very spacious gym in Valasaravakkam. They have separate space and facilities for CrossFit, weight training, Zumba and yoga classes. Crowd is moderate even in peak hours. Machines are well equipped but not the best in terms of maintenance. Cost is slightly on the higher side when compared to the same kind of premium gyms around this area. No keys are provided for lockers and hence it is difficult to carry wallets and other personal stuffs. AC is good and maintained with optimum temperature. TV is on play with some irrelevant old Hindi channel which always plays old songs. No appropriate music is played to help the exercise soreness. Weight plates and dumbbells are not sufficient when compared to the number of machines available. Nobody racks it back to the stand and no trainers instricts the gym members to do so. This makes us to search for each weight plates and dumbbells between sets. CrossFit atmosphere is great. I don't know much about the trainers since I haven't started to interact personally. Recommended for the people who likes good environment, ample space and less crowd.

Brigade is a really good place for workouts.... has a good ambiance and spacious too!!!The trainers are dedicated and certified here, especially jayasurya bro who helps to brings out the best in ourselves.He personally puts in a lot of effort to encourage us in reaching our target and closely monitor us until we achieve our goal. U can find a lot of equipment for cardio and machines for working out and it has a separate space for crossfit as well.Happy to be working out here and hope it continues the same

spacious gym in Valasaravakkam. They have separate space for CrossFit, weight training, Zumba and yoga classes. Well equipped machines and atmosphere is very nice. I would like to appreciate trainer Mr Peter he have very good knowledge in training a person based on an individual metabolic response. His workout schedules and diet plans are extremely good. I have reduced 5 kgs in last one month under Peter guidance. humble, calm and responsible trainer, he is keen and highly motivating person to achieve client individual goals. I personally recommend Brigade to my friends who like good environment, ample space and well maintained equipment’s. Thank you Vinoth Kumar

Hy .....i wanna share this with you guys........i have started the personal training on(jan 2021) and my personal trainer is (Mr.peter) exactly in one month on(feb 2021) i have lost approx.(6kgs) its only because of Mr.peters training and diet plans that i followed strictly .....thanks to this bhaiya (Mr.peter) and most importantly his friendly nature big thumbs up not because he is my trainer...i presonaly recommend him ..️

Hi. I joined brigade on November 2020. I lost 14 kgs in 4 months. This is only because of my trainers ( Mr.muthu , Mr. Jayasurya, Mr. Chinnadurai ) and by a perfect diet plan given by my dietitian (Ms.Vinitha). Complete Credits to the whole brigade unit. Thank you and I love my gym.
