Post marriage photoshoots and Outdoor photoshoot with our Bikes were so Exciting and He made us Very comfortable which is very important for a Professional Photographer. Booked their service for an Engagement Event in November' 2019: *Pre-Service: Very quick, friendly, interactive and well handling of customers. Did revise the quotes as per our requirements. *Event day: The Photographers and Videographer did cooperate well, patient in their approach. Creativity level was above average. *Post-Service and Deliverable: We had some issues with the deliverables and response received from their front office. However once Chandru (Founder) knew about the same, he reached out to us personally to acknowledge the concerns and as well assisted with the replacement of deliverables. *Edited the previous review as an appreciation note for their focus on customer satisfaction.
