First we entered into reception 1st floor and asked for the doctor as we already had an appointment. The lady politely asked us to wait . The doctor alerted the lady to send us in his cabin. Here the real phase comes.. Asking the permission to enter into Dr.karthik's cabin. He was busy in phone... Knock knock Still he didn't notice somebody asking for permission to enter... After entering he was kept on using his mobile.. there was a song going on in Bosch costly speaker , the doctor was not even interested to check the issue the patient is having. After telling him the issue and showing previous records, he was still busy in his phone and told us us to go check with his wife who is a gynaecologist.. . Since we suspected that the issue is with the kidneys, we further explained but he insisted we visit his wife. A gynaecologist can also treat a patient having kidney issues so we were fine with it but we went down and we had almost more than 15people waiting outside. The receptionist said it will take one hour at least for our turn. Since we are also working we have to plan our shift accordingly and fix an appointment with the available doctors , so our entire day was wasted. There were no other doctors available in that area and we had to return home. Notice to public: Plz go to a govt hospital if time permits ... If you want to go private hospital it is better to go to 3 start hotel where you get good hospitality.. if you want to get cured believe in doctors experience and credibility.. Do not go to hospital like this with the hope of getting well. It's just a three floor AC room.

Here the doctor has a cordial relationship with their patients. Patience and zero downing the issues of the patient is a unique treatment which I found here. Other staffs in the hospital also very sweet and genuine and take care the patients in a pleasant way. Hats off to Dr. Vetri who has been a support to the patients. Excellent service done. I have a kidney stone 13mm size removed especially dr vettri sir treated so friendly no chance will some other hospitals doctors will ever treat like this .Me and my family felling so happy .thanks a lot vetri sir and the hospital.

My experience was really bad, I went to the clinic after looking after all the positive reviews, the place was clean and neat as described in the positive reviews, but during the consultation the doctor was keen on getting me operated, I have taken a ultrasound scan when I had pain in my abdomen and in the scan report ureters was not visualized due to the bowel gas, due to which the report did not clearly mention the mm of the stone that was on the ureters, I really wonder how the doctor advised me to get it removed through surgery with that scan report where the ureters was not visualized, I was not suggested to take a CT-KUB scan either to get to know about the stone presence and actual mm, the doctor directly asked me to get admitted immediately and the payment that was quoted was also very high, I had taken second opinion from other urologist to get to know whether a surgery is required, they advised me to take a CT-KUB to know the stone mm and after reviewing they adviced that surgery is not required for a stone which is lesser in mm and it would come out just by having medications and drinking lot of water.

I was initially worried, but after my first visit, I can definitely say I was extremely delighted. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, and very kind. His treatments are simple, no-nonsense and straightforward. Today after all these months, i have regained bladder control without surgery and just with simple treatments.
