Brutal truth! The customer service is wonderful compared to Nykaa and health and glow, they don't annoy you or force you to buy a new product or let the other customers know about your acne marks and suggest you the products for that. They just help you when you need them and even if the products are unavailable they'll let you know about it but they won't force you to buy another one. TBH I found less makeup brands here. I wish they could bring some more skincare brands and important makeup brands like PAC, NYX, Its Skin , Face shop, etc., Otherwise they are great.
