THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ZERO STAR :-( I had very bad experience with HERO service center(Sameera motors) Actually I was looking for paid service,so I went yesterday there,but they said that the slot was full(per day 5 bike service) and told me to come by tomorrow. As per their request,I went again today,they said paid service was not available here.They didn't informed me properly and also VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED and the customer relationship was not that much good .So,I forcefully went to local mechanic shop. I'M A JOY RIDER CARD HOLDER. AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING WITH 'HERO'.

Don't go for service More wrost service i,m complain sound coming from chain side but after service more sound will come

Don't go anyone to this service center....if you are going to get service this place your motorcycle will be spoiled and you have to no run longer

Very worst service center. After my service am not able to switch on my bike also not able to side lock, when I check with them they are suggesting to replace entire lock inside of fixing the issue. I suppose to give zero star. Since there is no such option am giving 1 star. Better look for better service center.
