This place is in the perungalthur .There is an four length highway attached with and a large hill on another side. This place is very beautiful.

This IT park should learn in how to save visitors, first time office going employees or employee who is working from whome and going to office on a purpose. The security system here is not precise and clear it's a messy process. They took my 2hrs time to reach my office from the main gate,. So disgusting and so much watse of time. The worst part of this it park is cabs are not allowed to our office Bloks.. we have to get down in the main gate.. Which is very worst, we have to walk to our block with is again not a good thing in hot summers or specially when u have a less time with u. The behaviour of security staff is so much worst then any other person in this IT park, they take the new hires or employees for granted. The whole security system they are maintaining in the IT park is big minus for the reputation of the companies who are operating from that particular IT Gateway In this fastly growing world no one will agree to waste his time in unproductive work. Due to their security processes mostly visitors and employees visiting the office on purpose should waste two-three hours of their day, which is not at all acceptable..

A new office complex. A good place to spend time. Very easily accessible through bus, autos and train. It is placed in a very good location beside a hill. Good place to enjoy working.

Try to add a foot over bridge From inside park to Perungalathur Railway like in the Ramanujan IT Park to Thiruvanmiyur Railway.

Plant trees instead of filling full layout with concrete. Also try to build pedestrian crossing bridge for employees. Main reason for Perungalathur traffic is this place only. Also covering all buildings with glass to save electricity for the company without trees this will increase the outside temperature more than current temperature. Can allocate some security guard outside campus while crossing road to ensure safety of the employees. This is a Park without trees what an irony.

This park is on gst road.well connected by road and rail. There are lots of MNCs who have setup their office there. Lots of parking space, good security setup which makes it very secure.good connectivity.it hosts fewg good restaurants for visitors and employees.

Walk & Eat With Babu

Perungalathur railway station & bustand are near by, food court has stalls from leading chain of restaurants, almost every block has ATM, (ATM is accessible only by employees or visitors to MNC's operating from there)
