It is a decent old Kalyana Mahal. In ground floor dining and mana medai or manai as it is known are situated. It is also centrally located.

Good hall which can accommodate 1000 members at the same time with a dining capacity of serving 200-250. Located in a calm and an exclusive atmosphere with no traffic difficulties in and around the hall. It has thirteen rooms inclusive of bride's room groom's room and a dormitory. It has as a spacious car parking area which is good enough for 70-80 cars easily.
