Nice display and well organized. The staffs were courteous and necessary explanations were provided when requested. The only drawback is that the specific item which you wish to look in person after browsing online you mayn’t find in studio and but overall glimpse about pepper fry can be felt. The online offers weren’t useful as claimed and hence I didn’t made the purchase.

First to clarify that this is just a studio from Pepperfry where they provide solutions for interior design of your home. Now I went there for a different reason as I was planning to buy a sofa which I saw on their website and wanted to actually feel the cushion for the softness. The studio was not tough to find from Google and once I reached there were two reps inside who were having deep work conversations. While I waited and looked around all by myself. They never cared to ask me anything on my purpose of visit. As for the studio itself, Pepperfry has few of it's collections on display which you can see and buy online. Overall it's a small collection and not much to do if you want to feel or shop for furnitures.

Sorry to give a low rating. Staff not very forthcoming. The viewing on screen was very hurried. They just did not care. Also a very low inventory of items. They can as well scrap this place. Why not take a larger property say in Velachery or some far off place? While buying items like sofas, we need to feel the cushions.

This is NOT a showroom. It's a studio. It's a place where you get to experience Pepperfry furniture. You get to touch and feel their furniture, finishes, textures and all. Now, Wow, this place is just so beautiful. The furniture and the ambience is at it's best. Visual merchandising is done so beautifully. Even the staffs were very polite, professional and patient in explaining things there. Before you order anything from Pepperfry online, drop in here and feel the furniture, look at the details, experience it and you can buy online right from the store itself. They will be able to get you the best deal with some of their coupons. Happy Furniture to you.

Only one lady to decribe about products in the showroom. Not much furniture in display. Everything is explained based on the app which we can do from our home itself. Customer service is also unsatisfactory. When we are asking questions and doubts about the product the lady is busy in attending calls. Pepper fry, Make sure your executives value the time of the clients. Extremely unsatisfied.
