It is considered as a holy land by hundreds of thousands of devotees, of Christian as well as other faith. The feast of St. Sebastian in Arthunkal is a grand celebration extending for two weeks in January.Devotees from all across the state visit the church on the feast days. This review will be from the perspective of a non Christian so if something offensive to your religion is being mention please note that it is not intentional. You never know when you hurt other's religious sentiments. So on to the review. As a tourist i find this place really interesting and impressive. The old structures and interior designs are really fascinating. One thing i always find interesting are church interiors. All of them are so unique and beautiful. There are 2 churchs or church structure. The old one being the one in the back. Built sometime in the 1500s the structure has been built upon for preservation. The new structure looks really badly done and don't look that impressive at all. The interior though is pretty much kept as it was or i think it is. On The whole it is a beautiful church with a little cheap looking bits here and there
