Big area, nice location, some very good doctors are there but only basic treatments can be done here, any serious treatment and operations aren't done. The hospital authority refer big hospitals. Bed facilities are also not up to the mark, rooms need to be much more clear and clean, general beds are not comfortable for patients, maintenance service should be upgraded. Like every Government's hospital, it is also clumsy, mismanaged, arrogant staffs, dirty. This hospital can be the pride of chandannagar. We should have to take a good care of this hospital. It needs to be the hospital which can be popular with better and upgraded facilities.

Doctors unprofessional, unapproachable, and irregular. No personal care. Attendants are not responsible. Rude staff. Unhygienic and smelly washrooms. Cats and dogs run inside the ward galore! Terrible experience.

Good place for free treatment under west bengal govt. Hospital. This is a sub-divisional hospital. Well connected by road(gt road is just 1 minute walk),rail(10 minutes by auto easily available from station),ferry ghat (5-7 minutes by toto from ranighat easily available)
