Very cooperative owner and also responded promptly. Items were well taken care off with sturdy packing and gentle movement. Packing staff were very decent. The cost is also nominal. Would highly recommend!

very bad experience with the company and with the workers who came to pack the things.. the company provided carton boxes are dirty with the coffee stains which lead to our things to spoil with greasy and black stains, their workers were so rude and careless.. they tried to pack some of our things and clothes by making sacks with our blankets which was very disgusting, we engage them by thinking that they will pack the things neatly and securely by using foam and appropriate carton boxes but, it was turned out like a bitter experience with them.. even though it was their daily routine work, the workers weren't patient or careful in handling and packing things, they demanded me to give rs.1000/- for their lunch which was unusual as that is not mentioned in shifting agreement so, i refused to give and told them that, u people surely ask me tips when work is done before you leaving, i will give you then.. i had offered them rs.600 as tips but they demanded me rs.1000 i was very annoyed for their behaviour and gave them rs.800 and went inside.... they was still standing infront of door and expecting me to give another rs.200, i was left them and got into my other shifting works, later they left.... worst service ever faced by a shifting company and by their people.. forgot to tell, they broke my gas regulator while detaching it from cylinder, which was costed me rs.350 for new regulator...
