They are not trustworthy at all and seem to be taking Indian customers for granted. I paid 50k as booking amount for C5 and the company dealer had promised that the money will be fully refunded within 4 days in case of a cancellation. Due to their extremely poor customer care even before a purchase, (no one is reachable on phone, except the sales person), I decided not to proceed with the purchase. Now my money is stuck with them despite few dozen phone calls, emails and twitter follow up. All that they keep saying is it is under process. The intention is very clear. Keep the money as long as possible. I am now forced to complain to the consumer forum for mental harassment. Just waiting for the lockout to get over.

This dealer is quick to take your booking but do not want to refund the amount when you cancel. It has been quite some time since i cancelled, but they are not taking action. While taking booking they give assurance of full and quick refunds on cancellation

The 1 star is for the wrong location that shows up on the map. Wasted half an hour searching for the showroom. Citroen should get this location updated.
