Had been to cloud nine HRBR for my wife's maternity. One of the best experience during the covid situation. Doctors who ever were taking care provided the best service. Entire experience was amazing and I recommend this hospital.

I was assured that things will be improving when I make a next visit to the hospital ..... Nothing has changed ... It's all same ... People are made to sit on makeshift (which seems to be a permanent arrangement now) waiting area on a slanted way to parking lot ... Only people who are entering the building are being checked for temperature etc .... Didn't expected this from a A grade hospital chain like cloud nine ... Is this how a A grade hospital's waiting area should look like ??? Vehicle Passing by and dust blown on people sitting waiting for thr Kith and kins ?

Only reason to go this hospital because its near to my house & 2nd thing for good doctor. there are many issues with this hospital, that's really not good for patient for the fee paid for their services. this review after i made 5 visits to hospital! 1. Management is not good, they don't even know how to guide for emergency or high priority situation 2. Staff attitude towards patient & visitors worst, i don't even think they take doctor words or follow doctors recommendation & priority. typical reply would be rude. 3. they ask to wait outside the hospital building, even for patient too! due to covid-19, don't care the patient condition. if u talk nicely, staff will reply rudely. the person come with patient has to sit outside in a shed, patient can suffer alone inside. there is nobody ready to listen your problem. they ensure u will be out of the building rudely. 4. staff themselves not follow covid rules, dont wear mask properly! 5. nobody wants to stay in hospital for long during this time, but hospital staff make u to wait for hours & hours. 1.5-2 hours for consultation, 2hours for scanning, 1hour for sample collection, 30min for an injection. 6. Booking appointment is just name sake. u still need to wait for 2hrs. if you go with emergency they would ask for appointment. meaningless! 7. you have to keep follow up for lab reports, infact doctor would ask report in whatsapp by patient condition, but the hospital dont want to release it. when u call, they would keep saying u will get call from lab, but i would get call from some other lab, after that they ensure Im in wrong side. 8. there is charge for car parking on hourly basis. & they ensure u will get delay for every small things. why can't car parking waive off if you take consultation for 850rs for 10min or so.

I selected Cloud Nine at HRBR layout for the delivery of my second child during mid-February, 2021. Main reason for choosing this branch was because it was the closest to my residence (less than 1 km away). The Labour Room Doctors/Nurses were very professional & friendly and went about their jobs without any drama. The nurses who assisted us during the post delivery stay were very understanding & really went out of the way to help us out in pacifying the new-born at night as both of us (me & my spouse) were exhausted & very sleep deprived. Regarding insurance, there was no cash-less facility with my insurance provider. However the claim submission process to my employer was hassle-free as a couple of bills that were missed out were provided by the hospital & beyond that, everything else was smooth. Food was simple & tasty – really loved it. The newborn photography session was done by well-trained photographers (they have different packages – frames/album options) & it was wonderful to see them at work. Overall, I am very satisfied with Cloud Nine at HRBR layout and would highly recommend it.

Worst experience with the doctor they are money minded I have requested for the medical certificate as my sister is a bank employee from the consultation date as doctor has mentioned 4 weeks bed rest for that cause I have asked the medical certificate. Suddenly they have changed that to 2 weeks

I have been consulting in this hospital and would say It was pure good faith and destiny which bought me to good and capable hands of Dr .Manjula Deepak. Have never met such a caring, friendly and comfortable doctor before. Also the hospital staff and facilities are too good. Would highly recommend this hospital and doctors.

Hi, i had a great experience from day one till end of my delievery and staff has taken care with very good manner. Dr Manjula, whom i was consulting is one of the best in town and my overall delivery was neat and successful. Leena from Admin Team is very helpful and coordinated properly.

Had my wife's delivery on 10 Apr 21. Would like to place on record that it's been an amazing journey right from the word GO till the discharge.....The hospital, the doctors, the staff everyone was professional and made sure that the entire journey was as memorable it could be.....Special mention to our Dr. Manjula Deepak, who is truly a remarkable professional with that much of positive energy and smile all around!!!
