One of my close friend referred this hospital when my wife was not feeling well with bone pain. The doctor and staff are cared us very well. X-ray person also very polite and helpful He gave us report with in 10 minutes of time which is made us tension free. Hospital was very clean and neat maintained. Overall my experience was excellent. Strongly recommended from my end.

Being a first time parent, Cloudnine made it a comfortable journey for us, right from labour to discharge. The doctors, nurses and supporting staffs were warm and made sure the mother and baby got proper care and help. Post delivery consultations like Lactation, Physiotherapy and Nutrition are also given and very helpful. Few pointers for the management: 1. For night check-ins , the reception in both ground, 3rd floor was closed, few nurses and duty doctors were available. 2. Initially room provided in 2nd floor was suffocating, with no ventilation and I found it little secluded. However, we were shifted to 3rd floor with good ventilated room post delivery. 3. Canteen area could have been better, although I would want to highlight about the thoughtful food options given to the mother (thaali, soups, juices, milk , fruits, salads etc)

Wife had a surgical procedure at 8:30AM. A room was not provided to her until 4PM. Imagine waiting in the recovery room where attendants are not allowed, there's no staff, no emergency button, no washroom - nothing. This after informing them 3 days in advance. The entire hospital staff is incredibly rude. You go to the reception and ask the guy sitting on the left, he would simply point to the person on the right and say ask her. He would then get back to his personal phone call. The person on the right would simply walk away as soon as you approach her. The room at 4PM was provided after the consulting doctor literally yelled at the admin staff. In between, they were asking us to pay the money and leave without admission. They were very well aware of the fact that insurance requires 1 day admission never mind the fact that any surgical procedure w/ anaesthesia must be followed by close monitoring for some time. If you want to behave like a government hospital, charge government hospital rates. This hospital does not deserve a 30% premium. If we have to pay this much, might as well go to a proper super-speciality hospital. The only saving grace is the consultants and nursing staff were extremely good and took good care of the patient.

Pros : Doctors are really experienced and very caring. (5* for doctors) Cons : appointment schedule management is very poor (0* for scheduling) We had booked for a scan and consultation at 10:15am. And one day before we got a call saying that come prepared for scanning, after drinking a liter of water. We were on time and we had to wait almost one and hour half to get the first scan done. No one cared to inform us when was our turn. By the time the scan finished it was almost 1:10 pm. This whole process took more than 4hours. It's is totally wrong on the management side. There is no proper system in place that lets you know what would be the wait time. We should not be putting stress on the pregnant ladies by delaying scans for almost 2 hours. I will go one more time for consultation and if I experience the same then I would have to look for other options. Respect people's time. Ps : I have been contacted by the admin team . Have promised to assit us during the next visit. Will update my feedback accordingly based on my experience.

We consulted Dr. Meeta and found her good and straight forward. Cloud9 doctors and staff don't push you for C Section and try their best for Normal Delivery. Our Delivery experience was also good here.

No point in booking appointments. They will ask you to book an appointment again after downloading their app once you get yhere. We booked an appointment for 3pm and were told that the doctor is available at 6pm after we had to book the appointment again. Despicable service. Edit: Good to see you guys on the internet where everyone sees your lack of management. Did not get any support from your staff when we were actually at your hospital. They casually told us to wait for 3 more hours. No to mention downloading your app and re-taking the appointment from there. Wish you had been this responsive when we were at the hospital.

I met Dr. Sonam Manoj for my issues with pain after doing all sorts of diagnosis to find out what exactly is the cause. Her kind words and warmth made me instantly open up and her in detailed explanation of how the biology works, made me answer so many questions that was bothering me. The staff also was very kind in checking and coordinating the timings of mine and the doctor proactively. Thank you Cloudnine.
