Worst Gym of the area which was opened with giving so many positives and promises but now it has been worst in term of staff, equipment's ( some of equipment's replaced with low quality and some of them are damaged since last more than 2 months ), unprofessional staff in term of communication, whenever it is matter of Fee they will speak very smooth and professional and after payment they will be your boss and if you are to do cardio, you will have to wait for 15-20 minutes as one of machine damaged which has neither been repaired nor replaced. Few of wait lifting machines replaced with low quality machines and quality trainers have left the gym and they have been replaced with unskilled trainers. so one of my biggest mistake that I renewed my membership One given due to no option of 0.

Gym is equipped with good equipments, includes shower facility. However, I feel that this gym is way too overrated and the receptionists pretend to act as if the gym is for big shot people. They charge a good amount but the gym does not have steam facility. Its 24/7 active but gym trainers are not active. They are lazy af. I personally don't recommend taking membership of this gym and would recommend 'KRC GYM' which is nearby or YOU FIT which is also not far away. Trainers at 'YOU FIT' are good but the owners are very generous people. They even have steam and all weather swimming pool. Its not overrated like 'The Clutch'. Frankly i went to gym for one month while i took one year membership plan. Due to the breakdown of the covid19 pandemic gym were close untill the guidelines were given by the government. I still remember asking the receptionist for showers and other facility to which she specifically tried humiliated me by correcting with the pronunciation of the word SHAWER instead of SHOWER. I feel this kind of attitude is ridiculous. This was my 2020 experience. Maybe they have improved, maybe not!!!
