I lived here for 3 years and they increased rent like anything. So I had to move out. They always charge some extra fees monthly. If mattress gets old they ask us to pay for new one. They charged 2k for tublight replacement. Service is beyond pathetic. Edit: Guys, beware of the fake review on their website/app. You'll see a pattern among them.

Its been 4 weeks in this property, we ran out of water at least 3 time. If you choose to live in this place even after seeing this review, you better have a alternate place to take shower. Maintenance guy usually don't respond unless you catch them on hallway. Bunch of guys who call themselves Property Managers or Sr. Managers but they don't take your call after you move in. Overall, I see lack of seriousness from Colive management.. So you stay away from this
