The owner and staff are very polite and helpful. The technician made my laptop issue his priority and got it fixed asap . Was bit scared that I'll lose my data but he found a way . Overall a very good experience from their services would definitely recommend everyone ️️

Turns out I didn't actually need their help since I had a typical "car makes strange noise but works perfectly fine in front of mechanic" kind of situation. But I found them very easy to talk to and patient listeners. Their response was also very prompt.

Had an amazingly stress-free experience post contacting them for a HP laptop keyboard replacement. The turnaround time for the first replacement was within a day but unfortunately the replacement had some issues (possibly because the laptop was an old model and the spare parts for the same were probably sitting on the shelf for a long time). The second replacement which actually qualifies as an upgrade worked great. It's been about a week since the work and the keyboard has been working fine. Thank you for the support.
