Hi this Deepak , I booked a builder flat in Noida in 2010 @ 18,00,000 but builder not gave me position and not return my amount, then I search on google, Counsumer Help Society Delhi at Janak Puri, they had given me advice to gone for Consumer court, But due to lack of Legal knowledge I was unable to filled the case & they help me in my case, they made my complaint/case & filled in State Consumer forum & I also given some fees, after 2 years I won the case & got refund my money with Interest, Thanks to all member of Consumer help Society.
