Gave them a coffee machine for repair and it came back in a worse shape than I had sent it in. Refused to give us a refund. Cost us 11k for nothing. Adding a picture of my order confirmation since they say I’m not in the client list. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t give them your coffee appliances as they are a fraudulent company. All the good reviews are fake profiles with only one review by them. Wish I had realised this earlier.

ignore the negative -fake reviews from Unhappy souls i was fed up with my 6 months old melitta coffee machine. it wasn't working since i bought it. but thanks to debrewerz guy they sent their engineer at my home and explained do's and dont's of the machine, done the thorough servicing. i was using the machine in completely wrong way. anyways my condolence to all UNHAPPY souls, those who are not happy with de brewerz services. think positive ! I am enjoying my coffee now. cheers to #DeBRewerz . these guys are expert in their area.
I've lost count of how many coffee machines we have had over the years, hubby and I absolutely love our coffee and have mostly always had a bean to cup machine and on and off added a pod machine for me for quick easy on the go convenience, this is our first Nespresso though after having coffee from friends that own different Nespresso machines, took us a while to decide which one was right for us and what we wanted but ultimately its lattes and cappuccinos we would use it for, this does not disappoint at all, so quick, easy to use, easy to clean, huge variety of compatible coffee brands, flavours and strengths, if you want large cups of coffee (more coffee than milk etc) then this is not the machine for you as it takes some time to fill a full mug of just coffee with it and about half way becomes just water but for espresso, cappuccinos and lattes it's perfect, the only gripe I have with it is you have to get your milk out the fridge a while before so it's not too cold (or use a heated mug) as if its straight out of the fridge this doesn't make it hot enough in my opinion, but I've got used to it now. Full stars to Nespresso Lattissima one and De Brewerz India.

DeLonghi ECP 31.21 1100-Watt Pump Coffee Machine is my first coffee machine. I am die-hard fan and addicted of espresso shots so had to pay 80-120 rupees for espresso in cafes. So finally bough this machine. THIS IS BEST MACHINE AT THIS PRICE FOR MAKING ESPRESSO. It brews powerful 30 ml shots due to 15 bar pump. Also cleaning is very easy. If you buy this machine, first read the instruction manual instead of wasting time by learning to operate by yourself. thanks to debrewers people

I had just recently contacted de Brewers for a service to repair my coffee machine. Initially the response was very active and they would take every call of mine. After I paid them a service fee online, they ended up making excuses of manpower not being present and it's been a month and I haven't recieved any service whatsoever nor are they willing to refund me back!!! And the worst is they never pick up your calls anymore. It seems like a genuine business online but in actuality they seem fraudulent. They are not responding at all and I'm left helpless. I don't know about there other positive reviews but as a consumer I would advice another consumer to avoid such services!!
