Very unprofessional people. I bought all the curtains for my house from them. At the time of purchase they promised that they will provide service in case required. Now when i called them first time to fix the string of two roman blinds. They charged me for this. This was a shocker for me as they promised that minor issues will not be charged. Also, not that this was a very minor issue, not even a single component was changed just the same string was fixed again. Be careful about the promises they make while selling you.
