It doesn't happen everyday that you write amazing reviews about a store. I happened to purchase a laptop from the store as a gift for my wife. Right from telephonic enquiry till the visit and purchase, the people were kind and assuring. These traits are rarely available these days in the era of online shopping. Even after the purchase was made, the people were ready to help and had happy faces. Detailed review: This comes from someone who is pursuing MBA. Value in eyes of a customer is created as soon as they set their foot inside a store. This store makes sure to ensure the customer value chain. The store manager, Mr Deepak, greets you in the best way and recommends the model that best suits your usage pattern. I found the store advising the best model a customer needs rather than picking money from your pockets suggesting higher priced variants. The authenticity of the store was highlighted when I was guided by him to purchase online in the light of ongoing offers. I was also provided assistance in ordering online thus eliminating incurring extra unnecessary cost in assembling. Again, thanks to Mr Deepak. Finally, after receiving my laptop, they asked me to bring it to them for initial setup and Office, Antivirus activation. I was bid farewell with an assurance to ring them up anytime for technical issues and they would do their best to resolve it. Overall I highly recommend this store if you are looking to buy a Dell laptop in Dehradun. Visit this store, experience the product and you will be advised the best medium to purchase it from.
