I had lots of apprehension before coming to this place after reading many critical reviews, but to my surprise it turned out to be pretty good and hassle free visit. Reception managers and staff is complaisant and competent , I went there with the patient for the CT coronary angiography procedure which went well and I got the report within the scheduled time. Waiting area and other amenities are modest, there is no four wheeler parking space, one either have to come in two Wheeler or arrange for drop-off and pick up.

Worst diagnosis center, no one is cooperative here. Not maintaining appointment times, as a influential comes he can be moved in easily. We have taken appointment for 1600 hrs. As I am sending screenshot indicating the actual waiting time. Even staff dose not provide the contact number of any senior person of the diagnosis center. Completing MRI process at around 19:55 hrs. Horrible experience.

Seeing no of reviews I am surprised how this center is running. Similar problems are with other hospitals and diagnostics centers in Doon. Crowds in doon is so much that even with poor performance and management they are earning a lot and therefore not bothered about services. Hospitals like KAILASH are in fact killing people instead of curing but still they are crowded with patients. Patients are only customers for hospitals from whom they try to snatch as much as possible. With new insurance policies of Prime minister they are collecting money with both hands day and night.

Worst service ever..staf members are too rude they dont even talk to the patient in right manner very ill mannered staff n poor service ever experincd never want to visit this place again they just take money n didnt give service in return visiting this place is just a waste of tym as well as waste of money govt hsptl is even much better than this
