felt listened to from consultation to treatment to follow-up. In other clinics, it was easy to feel like just another number and at times, dismissed when it comes to concerns. I also received the fastest response when I first contacted them, and the process was smooth and helpful. Dr jyoti malik is professional, have kind hearts and are amazing in all they do. I know they've each gone above and beyond for me. Because of them, I now have peace of mind when it comes to improving and taking care of my skin.

Everything was good during my visit to the doctor but not the girl at reception, she was very rude when I asked how long it’s gonna take for my number since I have taken the appointment before and still i am waiting for more than hour and a half. She literally yelled at me and said don’t ask me, ask Dr. with that weird expression of the face. However I kept quiet and met with the Dr. without any complaint and left after consulting. I came back after a week for the follow check up and now this girl at the reception again with that same expression and making faces asked(rude)me to show the prescription paper. I could have easily figure out that she is doing it purposely. I mean this is how you treat the patients. I just didn’t want to create any issues coz many of other patients were sitting there. Dr. Malik was very humble and good at her treatment. Medicines are lil expensive but i got healed by them. Dr. Please look into this Thank you
