They don't answer phone calls. One needs to visit them personally.

Worst experience, they took approx 13 days and several hours in long que. They promised will notify with message or call but never did. Similar to all government offices. Slower than a snail. As a customer not satisfied with the registration services of Indian oil.

Sir we had booked gas around 3 months ago and the customer number is 21462869 and till date the race course staff have not provided us gas cylinder ! Plz look into the matter !
