Broken item - one piece western toilet seat (really costly one) received with cracks beneath, covered with some yellow glue. The shop person not only refused the replacement but also he was very rude and fighting rather than acknowledging their faulty product. First of all, thanks for the prompt reply ONLINE ON PUBLIC FORUM. I agree about slight mishandling, but the crack was beneath the toilet pot which could be seen(in my case the yellow glued area) only when you turn the pot upside down, I got to know while installing, when there was water seeping out. Since CC TV is installed(my case just to keep an eye on workers), Only thing you were requested and expected was to file a complaint from the shop owner(franchise) to the company, nothing was going out from your pocket, that’s exactly what is done in usual cases, franchise just file a request about the fault in the product and the company decides over the matter, that’s what I did when I faced problem with washbasin and I appreciate the person in VIPUL Shop just opposite to your shop, he was really helpful and I got replacement. Selling your Goods to customer is not the only thing achieved for a franchisee it’s the customer’s trust also. Anyhow you had refused to accept the faulty item delivery to me , and also refused to make complaint to the manufacturing company, so I had to go on with the purchase another WC. SO now you lost a customer.
