BNP enterprises have given us faulty generator. It is giving us problem since the day we have bought it. In first instance the pipe wasn't fitted properly so it won't get start. Then CUMMINS send their technician who provides services on behalf of them, to get it rectified. He said that the pipe was loose fitted and has taken air that is why it won’t get start. In 2nd instance diesel was leaking out from every corner of the generator. It was too much risky as it is installed on school premises. We were at high risk n they put so many lives on stake. It was their negligence in servicing and product, which they have installed. After calling so many times technician came and diagnosed that the pipe was too tight fitted this causes breakage and leakage of diesel. This kind of pathetic services they are providing. We are highly dissatisfied and when we called the owner of the store Mr PURI, he was so rude and unprofessional and was continuously yelling. He wasn't at all ready to listen. We ask them to give us a replacement for this faulty product instead to resolved and listen to us he straight away denied to get it replace. He said that they can only get it repair till it is under warranty. We have spent so much money on such branded product however we are getting the satisfactory customer services. They just know how to cheat and grab anyone’s hard earn money. They don't even bother to entertain their customers; once the product is sold out they are not ready to listen. We are highly dissatisfied and won't recommend any one to buy products from these fraudulent money makers.
