Town Hall, Chandni Chowk
N/A
An icon of the long gone British era , this building is nowadays a museum. It was earlier used by the Delhi municipal corporation for it’s administration activities but was later declared a heritage monument. Today it sits in the middle of Chandni Chowk waiting for the tourists to rediscover it’s forgotten repute. I would suggest going and visiting this place to get a glimpse of the British era in Delhi.

This building is very old and very beautiful to see.
Iconic, very old but still looks good
The The Delhi Town Hall is the former town hall building of the city, although that function has now been shifted to a newer building. Now the building stands as a landmark of the city. To be honest the building is not all that interesting apart the pale yellow painted walls. Other than that it’s a fairly typical colonial era building. Just in front of the building is a statue of Swami Shraddhanand.
Very good for tourist.heritage building
Nice heritage building...
So much rush and no good place for car parking. If you want to park, you will have to walk a long distance.
