First time ordered based on so many positive reviews and feedbacks, but didn't received a kind of service which I was expecting. First requested for lunch but they said lunch is not available now so I can order for dinner, I said okay. But after ordering for dinner and reminding them multiple times about the order, they say the delivery boys have left so now order tomorrow, and I am like what the hell? I have ordered for dinner in the afternoon, reminded you guys in the evening but still I can't get my dinner! This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially when you are a new customer for the business. Sorry! Won't recommend this tiffin service to someone else.
