Very rude Girls sitting at reception. Don't have any sensibility towards patients and visitors

I went there after sustaining an ankle injury and there was a long queue of patients. I told helping staff that i suffered an injury and want to be see dr. urgently, nobody cared much and i had to wait for 2.30 hours. I thought how insensitive staff it is! It's a mismanaged clinic, there's no proper way of patient care. Staff is untrained and somewhat rude.
