This drain is approx 2kms in length which originates from Mandoli Road, Hanumaan Mandir to Jafrabad area. This drain is alao called Balbir Nagar drain. Kshetriya Vikas Samiti, the resident Welfare Association (RWA) has been fighting court cases and has also apprached NGT to allow covering of the drain. However due to 2015 NGT judgment this drain is not allowed to be covered in toto. On pursuance of RWA EDMC has come uo with wire mesh project over the opening of this drain. work is still under progress.
