very very very poor service.. it seems like even though you put so much effort to get the licence its near to impossible. they just keep on rotating you from here and there few things i want to ask and request 1. why in the website no where it is written about the process of getting licence weather its written or car test. 2. why in such a big office no one even receives calls or number is always not in the service Highly disappointed. a working person cannot take so many days off to just run behind one counter to other counter. and people are left with no option other than to get it done through agents. things are so much corrupted
