I would say that the service centre peoples including their Engineers and Consultants are unexperienced and lack sensibility to customer problems. On 22december 2016 I went there to repair Micromax Canvas Power A96, and they said it's a \MOTHERBOARD ISSUE\ and all the circuits are fried! I offered some technical advise but they said they will only replace motherboard since the phone was neither turning On nor showing charge symbol, so i took back and repaired by myself by flashing a new micromax stock OS and its working fine. Imagine if some non technical customers went there they would have already been cheated by service centre. The only reason I took my phone to service centre when I can repair by myself was because I wanted to save time, since it takes time to search the right micromax OS, the right flashing tool, the right VCOM drivers etc!

Most worst service centre in Delhi.I went many service centre but never seen this type of service centre. In this service centre they also charge money for in warranty products.When you will not give money they will refuse to repair.They also want money for internal damages.I went 30km for this service centre and they refused to repair in 1 second.They don't value your time and money.Employee behaviour is so bad.I think senior employee was also corrupt because junior employee always ask the senior how many rupees charge to customer.
