His photographers wont stay for more than the stipulated time, if the functions gets delayed even by one hour (which they usually do) and on requesting, he starts charging EXTRA...amidst the preparations of a function his photographers adds up to the workload...actual photographs are no where near what is shown on the website. I gave him 5 k Rs extra, I asked him to give it back, he didn't reply. Being a doctor I am with short of time so bcs of that I searched on net and booked him for my wedding photography. I suggest you all not to go on the ranking of best photographer in Delhi.... It is all fake. They must be giving money for rankings.

We got wedding photoshoot and videography done by Mr. Sahil Hans , and his services were not up to the mark. We opted for Candid Photography but the photographs were not captured naturally and spontaneously. Rather we were continuously directed for all the clicks like traditional photography. It took more than 5 months after regular follow-ups for them to deliver the content. We provided the hard disk when explicitly requested but still when the data was sent to us after 5 months, videos were missing from the media. And we were not informed that videos would still be given later on. We checked and found videos missing and followed up. Moreover, the content delivered to us was not properly edited and several follow ups were required to get the mistakes corrected. During follow ups, the behaviour was unprofessional and demeaning. We didn't receive what was committed and it was not worthy of the amount we paid.
The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is that there is no option to give Zero rating (which they actually deserve). They are money minded & don't know how to talk to customers. If they continue this kind of behaviour, no customer will come back again.
It's been more than 2years now I am working here and have learned and earned new techniques for capturing pics,office atmosphere is really workaholic.
