Worst service and very bad attitude of the staff.. After more than 40 minutes wait we asked him when it will be served.. He replied jab ban jaayega aajayega. Never visit this hotel.. Price are very high and quantity is really low.

Food was spicy. Service was very slow. Staff was rude. Their talking tone do not match the hospitality industry. Because perhaps it is the only option available for non veg food on mall road, people visit it. It is on first floor and you need to climb about 20- 30 stairs. Not suitable for elderly or disabled.

Foods are supposed to service by love... There is no love... Due to the lack of staffs in numbers a challenge... The quality found that menus are making with the order given

One of the few places in Manali (mall road) that serve halal food. However, I don't know if it was because of off-season or what, the food quality was pathetic. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they just couldn't get the food right!

The food is too oily and spicy. Almost all the vegetables taste the same whether it is chicken or paneer.
