This is a my jio mini store located at ramphal chok sec 7 Dwarka main market,reasy to locate,store having all main brands mobile ,and recharges,new connection of jio ,also having accessories and gift card ,staff having good knowledge of products and services, You can buy all latest products from brand Jio in this store.like Jio mobile , routers,sim connection,etc, They activitate the sim within 30mints Very fast service,I M 100% satisfied with the customer service.

Pathetic behaviour of staff... All the time they are having a break for breakfast and lunch and the staff sitting at the reception and otherwise don't even bother to listen to you as they have put the earphones in their ears and least interested. Worst experience ever in jio mart. The staff sent me back twice in span of an hour saying 5 mins. Very disappointed with jio store.

Unprofessional behavior n misleading information provided by staff(sardar ji). They know how to rob customer very wel. They never provided complete n accurate information even after asking same question twice. They speak only what is good for their pocket. Better to avoid this store.

Very rude staff. Don't know how to speak with customers. Also I asked for jioFi which cost 2000 rs online they were selling me this in 3500rs.
