All is in the owner's head. They are rude, brash, tell lies and are unapologetic about their behaviour. The PG is not at all secured. Don't even have a guard. Location is troublesome, the community centre just next to the PG makes it incredibly difficult for the students to concentrate on their studies. Kamla Nagar has a lot of PGs better than this for sure.
