I first visited Dr. Ashima about a year back . I was in my 12th standard when i felt the need to seek professional help. I was facing anxiety issues due to the pressure of board examinations. I have always been a bright student , but the fear of maths was ever present in me . I started facing issues with economics in 11th standard . The fear became so bad that i started scoring just passing marks in my internals , i was drowning into self criticism and self doubt . I used to remain very lost all day long and was overthinking too much about the future. Due to which i started facing issues like IBS. My parents were really concerned about my health and took me to Dr. Ashima Srivastava , and i am very grateful that they took me to her . Within 2-3 sessions , i started feeling very better. She did wonders , and helped me bring back my confidence . The results were so good i ended up scoring 99 in my finals . It is very surprising to read negative reviews about her. We have recommended her to many aquintances , and they have also seen remarkable results in their mental health . I would suggest you to ignore any negative reviews and do visit her. Always remember not to judge a person in one meeting. Its a patients negative perspective which color their judgement about any Doctor. I would like to discount any negative feedback related to her and higly recommend her . She is too much competent with positive results.

The very first session I met her I was quite apprehensive to meet her asI had been to couple of therapists before but could never t achieve any benefit. The way she communicates make you feel so comfortable that you open up easy without being judged. She is so confident in dealing with her clients and provide the expected outcome. Her empathetic attitude is undoubtedly reflected in her personality. She tries to give her best to her clients. Worst doctor ever. She is a psychologist, she is supposed to help people and counsel them but she kept saying you should consult Dr. R.K. Srivastava (her husband) to tackle the issue. If we wanted to consult a psychiatrist why would we have come to you ? Just a money minded doctor who isn't really worthy of being a doctor

Wrong assessment . Money making attitude. .stupendous advice. More than worst. Most of the time she is busy on phone while we are sitting with her. She should learn how to talk to the people who comes to her. Give some respect. You are not doing any charity Dr. Ashima. You are being paid for that.
